Educational Requirements (Must have)

- Engineering graduate/MCA with 16 years of experience

- Proven specialization in a specific domain and or technology area- 1 primary and 1 secondary area of specialization.

- Specialization in technical skills - Microservices, Drools, JBPM, Messaging Event Bus ( Kafka ),Angular JS, API Management, Webservices (jSON/Rest ), Oracle DB, Node JS, Mongo DB, ETL

- Strong Hold on Defining the Technical Solution Design

- Practical Experience working with Software Products

Responsibilities:

- Performs the competitive analysis of products and technologies under guidance to provide input on the service offering and identify opportunities in accounts or new technology area to support Client Services team in prospecting input on suitable customers for pursuits.

- Evangelizes client's Tech Brand in specific area.(By Anchoring Tech Day, White Papers, Speaking in Forums etc); Build artifacts in new areas of competency (Defines or identifies problems of interest in particular domain, establish relevance as opportunity) to build collateral and Go-To-Market solutions

- Provides domain technical consultation to Pre-Sales, Participates in proposal activities & discussions with customer and client visits as SME; participates in POC, architects and validates complex technical solution when required; Performs estimations & collateral consolidation, brings in alliance product offering/IPs to provide technical leadership and create technical differentiation

- Interacts with vendors/alliances and understands the complimentary offering/products/IP/Solutions to leverage partner technologies. Provides technical inputs for contracting and deal negotiations to write relevant sections in the contractual documents.

- Organizes, documents and reviews work items scope from a technical view point, reviews and validates estimates and competencies for team formation for projects and guides estimation for complex projects to ensure correct sizing of the work. Provides inputs / insight into complexity of architectural requirements, reviews work breakdown structure & resources - task/activity planning, sets milestones and deliverables, validates the target metrics of a project from technology perspective like tools usage, re-usable frameworks and feasibility to assist in achieving the quality target

- Participates in client discussions to understand the AS - IS processes/ Current System Study and problems faced by the customer and articulates the same to the internal stakeholders, define and document the problem and get customer agreement, Brings in best practices in the industry, provides different options to assist in identifying & defining the problem.

- Arrives at possible solution alternatives that factor in gap resolution, impact on related functional/technical areas, and acceptability of the solution to the user community, technical feasibility and efficiency to assist in arriving at the final solution definition, assists in product/ solution development and owns a part of the solution

- Ensures and Reviews that the Business/technical requirements are understood and translated to system requirements (Product requirements) consistent with frameworks/standards, evaluates and reviews design frameworks and methodologies and approves design. Creates, consults and reviews Architectural Decisions, architecture solution, performs re-engineering of Architectures to create solution blueprint to meet project requirement.

- Conduct NFR compliance verifications, Validates NFR compliance, ensure alignment with overall architecture view, consults with TL's on test strategy and solutions, develops test strategy for complex testing requirements and sets complex testing environment
