- 8+ years software Development experience in a professional environment.

- Candidate should have hands-on experience in Java / J2EE

- Should be strong in OOPS and Core Java - Fundamentals.

- Should have experience of working in Spring, hibernate JSPs, Servlets and web containers.

- Should be an avid learner of new technologies, innovate and demonstrate this attribute.

- Awareness of database SQL/PLSQL is a must.

- Skillsets & Self-rating required on scale of 1-10,10 being highest

- Core Java

- Embedded Servers ( Jetty, Undertow, Netty etc)

- Spring Boot, Dropwizard, Guice etc

- Reactive Programming ( Akka/Vertx/RxJava etc )

- NodeJS

- Continuous Delivery ( Software used )

- Cloud Fundamentals ( Elasticity etc)

- Nginx (Event Driven Servers)

- CDN ( Akamai etc)

- Micro Services ( Security, Resilience, Inter-process Communication )

- Distributed System ( Session Clustering, Load Distribution, Zero Downtime Deployments )

- No SQL ( Hbase, MongoDB etc )

- Distributed Caching ( Redis, Aerospike etc )

- Scala, Groovy on Grails etc
