- Candidates with exposure to credit analysis, financial statement analysis, investment banking, loan asset management and real estate asset management

Key Skills: Financial modeling, capex, comparable analysis, credit analysis, risk management, discounted cash flow modeling/DCF, NPV, IRR, Covenants, Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, cash flow projection

Qualification: MBA/CA/CFA

Roles& Responsibilities:

- The candidate should possess knowledge of financial concepts and be able to perform financial analysis, including ROI, IRR, and discounted cash flow modelling

- Candidates with working knowledge of structured finance asset classes are encouraged to apply

- The candidate should be self-motivated, possess keen analytical skills, and have the ability to effectively interact with trading desk/stakeholders

- The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to details
