We are hiring for BBP Price Ops - Principal Analyst - BBP Supply (SME)

Reporting to: BBP Price Ops Team Lead

Job Location - Bangalore

1. PURPOSE OF ROLE

The BBP Supply Pricing Analyst is in charge of building the price increase/changes and promotion plan by state, market, brand and package into pricing system, factoring in all pricing guidelines and directives from management according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

2. KEY TASKS AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

The BBP Supply Pricing Analyst is in charge of building the price increase/changes and promotion plan by state, market, brand and package into pricing system, factoring in all pricing guidelines and directives from management according to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Pricing

1. Build the annual price increase and annual promotion plan by state, market, brand and package into pricing system

2. Factoring in all pricing guidelines and directives from management

3. Develop pricing and implement new brand/package national rollouts in the new package system ensuring strategic direction of senior management is followed

4. Train the new team members - give them continuous support

5. Analyze and review proposed frontline and promotion changes which are submitted by region to address key initiatives and the competitive environment and enter into pricing systems

6. Use understanding of overall sales environment, knowledge of three-tier system, brand-to-brand and package-to-package relationships, profitability to ensure equitability is maintained

7. Ensure pricing requests are compliant with auditing and legal guidelines. Submit price postings in states where applicable

8. Perform other duties as requested by TL (demonstrate skills / abilities in project coordination, represent team in projects, replace Team Leader in meetings or during absence, back up key / super key users, design new processes)

9. Be aware and comply with AB InBev policies and rules

10. Be aware of BSC organizational structure in communication : always escalate personal / work related issues to direct management

11. English has to be used for work related communications within the BSC. Specific language may be required for communication with Retained organizations and local legal entities.

12. Maintain a positive work environment.

1. Support other team members in case of work overload in other processes

2. Recognize and communicate potential issues/risks in the team

3. Support and maintain relationships with Supply Price Ops Business team

4. Support and maintain relationships with STL team

4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS

Please list the following requirements

- Level of educational attainment required

University degree in Economics, Finance and related field required.

i) Working in a quick changing environment.

ii) Constantly balancing the search for new improved ways of working together with the sustained implementation of agreed ways of working (Work in not fully aligned and developed work environment).

iii) Ensure full flexibility within the team to meet existing and future business needs

iv) Follow the target setting and performance management processes adopted by AB Inbev.

v) Very good understanding required of supply chain and the financial drivers behind

 Previous work experience required:

- 3-5 years experience in Finance area or related fields (budgeting methods) and experience of working in a process-oriented organization

 IT skills required :

- Very strong computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc.)

- Excellent in creating and maintaining Excel models

- Language skills required

Fluency in spoken English as well as reading and writing
