Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Services Primary Research Lead to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in conducting high-impact primary research projects in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain, utilizing a range of methodologies including but not limited to customer surveys, FGDs (Focus Group Discussions), and statistical techniques such as conjoint and MaxDiff analysis. This role demands deep industry knowledge, strategic thinking, and hands-on experience in research design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Implement Research Projects:

- Develop comprehensive research plans aligning with organizational goals.

- Implement a variety of research methodologies such as customer surveys, FGDs, conjoint, and MaxDiff analyses to gather actionable insights.

- Data Analysis and Reporting

- Apply advanced statistical techniques for data analysis and derive actionable insights.

- Prepare comprehensive reports presenting research findings and recommendations.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on research objectives and deliverables.

- Communicate research findings to stakeholders with clarity and precision.

Industry Expertise:

- Strong domain expertise in one or more BFSI sections

- Utilize deep domain knowledge in BFSI to add value to research projects.

Client Management:

- Write RFPs, Proposals, establish and nurture relationships with FS Domain research clients, understanding their needs and aligning research deliverables accordingly.

- Manage client expectations and ensure delivery of high-quality research output.

- Deep understanding of the BFSI domain and industry trends.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

- 8-10+ years of experience in primary research in the BFSI sector.

Skills:

- Expertise in research design and planning.

- Proficiency in statistical analysis and software (R, Python, SPSS).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong project management skills.

- Deep understanding of the BFSI domain and industry trends.
