Primary Intelligence Role - Brand & Integrated Solutions Team

The role is within the Brand & Integrated Solutions Team (B&IRS), whose aim is to deliver beyond PMR (Primary Market Research) using RWD (Real World Data), analytics and other IQVIA solutions to generate relevant insights for clients with patients and HCPs. Our team

- Uses Connected Intelligence to bring together IQVIAs unique strengths, providing clients with more holistic, agile and relevant insight generation

- Effectively combines different sources of data and using leading edge PMR techniques and capabilities to generate research which is actionable, going beyond insight generation to show how to understand and influence prescriber and patient behaviour

Role Summary

- People with 10+ years experience in team and people management client-facing roles, who are able to lead a team of 10-20 members, while delivering client ready deliverables

- Lead the delivery team of B&IRS in GDC for key HQ clients in EMEA, deploying the right delivery resources to ensure repeat and new business is generated from major accounts

- Understanding clients needs and developing high quality proposals to address those. Bringing strategic thinking to client issues, developing clear actions for the client to solve their issues and acting as the trusted advisor to clients on a project basis

- Will be responsible to manage team productivity and team performance, ensure quality control, manage team risks and troubleshoot as needed

- They also play a key role in coaching the team and supporting the developing of up and coming talent

- They would have full responsibility for quality overview and to ensure deliverables are client ready

- On certain occasions, the lead would be responsible for developing winning proposals for clients, evaluating and proposing different methodological solutions to the client. activities and delivering projects of the highest quality by working across different geographies.
