Responsible for end to end management of the entire category.
Sales & distribution, Purchase, Marketing with relevant experience in ecommerce /Retail experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven negotiation skills, influencing abilities.
Strong numerical and analytical aptitude.
Must have good excel skills.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines.
Technical aptitude and agility to learn web-based tools.
Overall responsibility for Vendor management and relationship development.
Monitor and analyze trend report, sales report, backlog report, price competitiveness etc.
Resolving non-payment issues for vendor.
Cost reduction initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.
Working with the teams internally and externally to solve issues and achieve operational excellence.
Preferably from E com industry or from distribution background.
Relevant experience in sales manager / account manager/vendor manager role desired.
Experience in in-stock/SC Management in liaison with warehouse.
