Purpose of the Job:
- End-to-end management of pricing strategies for the organization's products.
- Develop market/pricing intelligence on competition.
- Improve the topline and bottom-line using pricing strategies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Monitor relevant competition prices and benchmark them against organization's prices.
- Develop market insights on competition prices and publish the same for the consumption of business/management team.
- Develop and manage Pan-India/state-wise pricing strategy for the products.
- Co-ordinate with the business and sales teams (regional / state) to formulate pricing strategies and ensure on-ground implementation of the same.
- Co-ordinate with the finance / sales team to drive up the top-line and the bottom-line as per the business plan.
- Monitor the cost of sales including channel cost, manpower cost, marketing & scheme costs and report the profitability of the business for executive planning and decision making.
- Liaise with the sales / marketing team for developing schemes and activations to promote sales volumes.
- Track price premium of the products vis-a-vis competition and assess the impact of marketing /branding activities on the price premium.
