- Drive Pricing excellence for India Business

- Drive a coherent pricing strategy

- Helps to build a culture of continuous pricing improvement.

- Customize the annual general price increase to the product family level using analysis of pricing power, win/loss and competitive market data

- Analyse monthly Price Realization performance - viz: identify poor performance outliers, root cause analysis, make improvement recommendation

- Initiate identification and resololution of issues around pricing and margins

- Hold monthly review meeting with MO management team and maintain an action register

- Support the use of the Value Price Mapping tools
