We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pricing and Loyalty Program Analyst to play a pivotal role in our organization ( fast movinggoods). In this multifaceted position, you will be responsible for a range of tasks to ensure the success of our pricing, promotion, and contractor loyalty programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure Trade Schemes and Contractor Loyalty Programs
- Collaborate Across Functions: Building synergies with internal departments is essential. You will work closely with various teams to ensure the effective execution of pricing, promotion, and contractor loyalty program initiatives.
- Stakeholder Communication : All changes related to pricing & promotions to relevant stakeholders. Clear and timely communication is crucial to keep all parties informed and aligned.
- Budget Analysis: After implementation, you will conduct a comprehensive analysis of budget variances, comparing actual spends in promotion and loyalty programs against the initial budget.
- Performance Reporting: Define a cadence for reporting and share performance insights with Zonal teams and Pricing teams. Your insights will guide decision-making processes.
- System Audit: Regularly audit pricing changes in the system to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications:
- CA/ MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in pricing and promotion strategy
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing pricing strategies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and business modelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
