- We are seeking a strong candidate with experience to fill a Business Analyst position for the organization's Pricing Data & Tools team.
- This candidate should possess a high level of technical knowledge, project management capabilities, and detail- oriented process skills.
- An integral part of your role will be working with regional Pricing managers to help their digital activities through Salesforce and Oracle usage.
- The role offers an opportunity to play a key role that will strongly influence how successfully teams can build and leverage SFDC, Oracle and use data and build pricing specific tools..
- Lead scoping of effort and provide inputs in preparing effort and time estimates for projects.
Key Responsibilities and Outcomes (What the Person needs to accomplish in the role?)
- Functional architect/Business Analyst a Gathering of functional requirements and translating into technical requirements
- Salesforce lightning Cloud implementation, configuration, data changes, and working with Pricing Oracle cloud, and other Integrations,
- Provide technical thought leadership to create best-in-class solutions for team needs. Advise on architecture design, technology choices, process design, UI/UX etc.
- Support ad hoc requests and reporting from teams by leveraging existing data and creating new queries/outputs as needed.
- Work with operational leaders within the business to provide recommendations on opportunities for process improvements. Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, and drive process automation
Working closely with Process & Program Manager on improvements or enhancements from operations perspective
- Go-to person for Request Management System operations questions
Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience :
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's in engineering or BCA or BSc (Computer Science)
- At least 3 years of experience in Requirement gathering, Business analysis, data science, planning, work allocation, tracking and delivery
- Strong hands-on experience in Sales force, and Oracle.
- Strong knowledge in Excel/VBA, Power point, Power query, Incorta.
- Strong analytical capabilities & logic driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications :
- Good organizational, planning and project management skills and exhibiting attention to detail, follow- through, and accountability
- Ability to work independently or virtually, as well as, in a team environment.
- Conducting existing business process analyses, perform gap analysis from as is to, to be state in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Work on maintaining existing tools and build new tools using Excel or Python or R.
