We are seeking a highly analytical and strategic Pricing Analyst to join our team in Bengaluru.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in pricing analysis, financial modeling, and sales support, with a proven ability to develop and implement effective pricing strategies.

This role requires a meticulous individual who can leverage data to drive informed decisions and optimize revenue.

The Pricing Analyst will be a critical partner to our sales and product teams, ensuring competitive and profitable pricing across our product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and cost structures to develop and recommend optimal pricing strategies.

- Create and maintain pricing models to evaluate the impact of pricing changes on revenue and profitability.

- Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align pricing with product positioning and sales objectives.

- Implement and monitor pricing policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and consistency.

- Manage the entire RFQ process, from initial analysis to final quotation.

- Develop accurate and competitive pricing proposals based on customer requirements and market conditions.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotations, adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

- Maintain a comprehensive database of RFQ responses and pricing data.

- Provide pricing support to the presales team, assisting in the development of proposals and presentations.

- Analyze customer requirements and provide accurate pricing information to support sales efforts.

- Develop and deliver training on pricing policies and procedures to the sales team.

- Conduct detailed financial analysis to evaluate the profitability of pricing strategies.

- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue and analyze pricing variances.

- Prepare regular reports on pricing performance, highlighting key trends and insights.

- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pricing.

- Collect, analyze, and interpret pricing data to identify trends and patterns.

- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track pricing performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

- Utilize CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) to manage and analyze pricing data.

- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support pricing decisions and initiatives.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and finance.

- Present pricing analysis and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.Tech, preferably ECE or related streams).

- Master's Degree in any discipline or MBA preferred.

- 5+ years of experience in presales, product pricing, RFQ management, and financial analysis.

- Proven experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar).

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis tools.

- Experience within the Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.

- Comprehensive product pricing expertise.

- Strong understanding of RFQ processes and best practices.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment.

- Excellent time management skills.

Special Requirements:

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful pricing strategies.

- Proven track record of managing and optimizing RFQ processes.

- Strong presales experience, with a focus on pricing and proposal development.

- Industry experience in telecommunications is highly desirable
