Hiring for Pricing Analytics profile for Gurgaon location. Please find the job details as below:-

Job Title :Pricing Analytics

Experience :2 yrs to 7 yrs

Salary Budget :Up To 15.00 LPA

Location :Gurgaon

Working Days :Monday To Friday

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Working with the stakeholders on projects to support the product launch planning and pricing strategy building.

2. Creating strategic price and access comparison reports, cost models, financial models to evaluate the competitive landscape.

3. Providing strategic recommendations based on specialized analyses and work in partnership with the onshore team on launch sequencing and other strategic pricing projects.

4. Communicating with the Pricing and Market Access network on a regular basis to understand the business requirements.

5. Perform strategic analytics on the projects wherever required. Enhance the existing capability and develop the reports based on customer needs

5. Automating the regular reports to increase project efficiency and time utilization.

6. Work on strategic New launches ad hoc projects with analytical approach

Key Accountabilities/ Job Responsibilities:

1. Quality checks the projects for the team before the final delivery to the clients.

2. Ensure timely delivery of projects adhering to all the agreed milestones.

3. Analyze the existing projects and suggest ways of improvement.

4. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness; Look for ways to improve and promote quality. I am open to feedback to improve performance; Monitors own work to ensure quality.

5. Good case study analysis and problem solving skills. Should be able to comprehend business requirements and deliver accordingly.

6. Client Management Managing customer relationship, responds promptly to customer needs and solicits customer feedback to improve service

7. Planning/Organizing - Prioritizes and plans work activities; Uses time efficiently

Desired Skills:

1. Hands-on experience in advanced Excel is mandatory, VBA desired.

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Good organizational, planning and time management skills

4. Logical thinking and problem-solving ability

5. Be able to demonstrate soft skills (behavioral)
