Prezent AI - Senior Product Manager/Lead Product Manager - India

Overview:

We are expanding our Product team in India. This team leads the design and development of an AI-based business presentations platform and content that together democratize great business communication and help millions of people rediscover their 'zen'.

Role:

We are in search of a highly energetic and innovative professional to support customer-facing products and services that deliver measurable value to Prezent and its customers. This position holds high visibility within the organization, involving frequent interactions with the company's C-suite and collaboration with other teams across data, customer success, and services in India and the US. RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Own the vision, roadmap, and execution of key product features

2. Clearly communicate product plans, requirements, benefits, and results to diverse audiences, from engineering to leadership

3. Thoroughly understand the domain, market, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for integrations with third-party platforms

4. Collaborate with the UX team to develop unique customer experiences

5. Develop product strategies that align with the broader mission and strategy, informed by deep customer insights, data, and research

6. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data/content specialists, and designers to deliver your product vision

7. Manage the backlog and prioritize items in accordance with the long-term roadmap

8. Establish global go-to-market plans by working with marketing and customer success teams

9. Track customer feedback, monitor product performance metrics, and resolve customer issues to ensure a top-notch customer experience.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

1. Minimum 10 years of product management experience.

2. Extensive experience with SaaS products.

3. Academic background in computer science or engineering.

4. Experience in management consulting is a plus.

5. MBA highly preferred

6. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple parallel deliverables or initiatives.

8. Strong customer empathy, with the ability to translate complex data and customer insights into delightful user experiences.

9. Proven track record of delivering highly successful and creative products.

10. Experience handling third-party integrations or working with no-code platforms and APIs is a plus.

11. Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot platform integration issues.

12. Excellent skills in storylining, slide making, and clearly communicating complex ideas.

13. Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.

14. Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail.
