This position holds high visibility within the organization, involving frequent interactions with the company's C-suite and collaboration with other teams across data, customer success, and services in India and the US. Responsibilities:
As the Lead Product Manager for Growth, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth strategy and driving our product's success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Defining Growth Goals: Define and articulate the company's growth goals, with a focus on increasing ARR, improving customer acquisition, reducing churn, and increasing user activation.
- Cross-functional Work: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reshape the product's growth roadmap and drive them to action.
- User Behavior Analysis: Utilize interviews, feedback, and usability tests to gain insights into customer behavior, identify retention challenges, and assess responses to emails and other marketing channels.
- Customer-Centric Research: Conduct in-depth research to understand customer needs, analyze product usage, and engage with stakeholders to coordinate product development.
- Optimize User Journey: Oversee the entire user journey, from acquisition to retention and expansion, identifying problematic areas and growth opportunities.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Apply data analytics, visualization, and dashboarding to track key performance indicators (KPIs), create reports, and measure progress.
- Experimentation and Testing: Create and execute short-term experiments, such as A/B testing, to improve the user experience and enhance metrics.
- Feature Improvement: Define critical metrics for feature enhancement and work closely with product teams to optimize product features.
- Ownership of Growth Metrics: Take ownership of growth metrics, align with a product-led growth strategy, and implement strategies to optimize for growth.
- Marketing Focus: Analyze user behavior, emphasizing internet marketing and data communication to improve specific business metrics for long-term revenue and profit growth.
- Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of growth initiatives.
What We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or associate in strategy, management consulting, or marketing
- 2-3 years of experience in SaaS Growth PM or a similar role is highly preferred
- Industry experience in healthcare and/or hi-tech is highly preferred
- Excellent skills in data analytics, data visualization, SQL, reporting, product analytics, and communicating complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Expertise in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Tableau, SQL, Google Analytics (or related product analytics tools)
- Interest in visual design.
- Team player and disciplined executor, with attention to detail.
