Responsibilities:
Provide full range support on day-to-day operations including policies & procedures implementation, ensuring smooth flow of stock, arranging regular stock-takes, shop maintenance, shop display to maximize operation efficiency to all shops
Assist to prepare various retail sales reports, incentive report, promotion report, monthly report and market analysis
Collect feedback from stores and follow up with relevant departments to improve business and operations efficiency
Provide sales and operations support to all department, including logistic arrangement for inventory, replenishment, monitoring sales performance and roster, etc.
Work closely with other internal parties and all stores management to ensure optimal business operations
Other administrative tasks ad hoc duties assigned by Line manager
Requirements:
Degree holder in retail or related disciplines;
1-3 years of relevant working experience and experience in retail industry is a MUST;
Aggressive, self-motivated, organized, able to work independently and as a team player;
Proficiency in Powerpoint, Word and Excel
Good communication skills
