Offline marketing for PS Exclusive Stores
Contribute to PS store profitability and increase store traffic by developing and executing retail marketing plans and key marketing events / partnerships / alliances at the store level, allocating and partnering with key resources including outside vendors, contractors, volunteer agencies and in-store Outfitters.
Develop and execute cost effective and frugal local area marketing plans specific to capture the relevant PS audience in the vicinity of the store to garner footfalls and drive awareness for the brand
Contribute to PrettySecrets' brand and image are upheld through the market by the active participation with local area marketing through relevant TG groups, key organizations and events that represent PrettySecrets' core customer base.
Manages the promotional budget including month end reconciliation and forecasting and contribute to the ROI analysis for each major store event executed.
Retail Trade Marketing - B2B stores (Lingerie mom and pop stores) and Multi Brand Outlets (Central, Lifestyle etc.)
Primary owner of in-market retail activation across a set of resellers and/or region.
Responsible for Trade Marketing (TM) plan activation across a set of resellers/region to drive capture rate and in-store conversion.
Developing and executing the most effective in-store marketing plans to deliver revenue targets
Effectively building and maintaining relationships and fostering PrettySecrets advocacy and mindshare with our reseller partners
Responsible for identifying, testing, measuring and reporting on appropriate new initiatives to drive the PrettySecrets business at these trade outlets.
Be responsible for development and execution of offline trade marketing plans, working with sales and brand marketing
Be the marketing expert for the resellers/trade stores, building relationships with the sales account teams and reseller marketing teams.
Manage TM budget for the resellers/channels listed above.
Track and report on execution of TM tactical plans including Marketing calendar, investment plan and key initiatives.
Developing a marketing strategy aligned with the brand strategy while focussing on in-store Display & Promotion
Supporting the Sales Department by ensuring right representation of branding and product & increase success rate of promotions and brand perception (footfall, conversion rates, loyalty programs)
This position requires a sound understanding of budgeting, planning, advertising, promotions, community relations, public relations, and sponsorships. Must be able to develop offline retail marketing goals in a fast-paced work environment, and adapt quickly to changing priorities. -Ability to communicate with others in a manner that ensures clear and mutual understanding of information. -Excellent oral and written communication skills. -Sound judgment, decision making and problem solving skills. -Highly organized with a keen ability to manage competing priorities. -Event management experience. -Effective team player and leader.
