Head - Brand Marketing
The Brand Marketing team is responsible for creative strategy, creative development, campaign management and disruptive marketing strategies. The team also ensures optimization of brand and product messaging and spend across specific marketing channels.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Build the vision and strategy for marketing & brand at PrettySecrets.
- Develop marketing creatives for PrettySecrets- eCommerce & retail business across all Digital & BTL channels.
- Be a thought leader and devise brand marketing strategies & initiatives based on consumer research data, market research and insights.
- Work collaboratively with the Product Head, CTO & Head of Digital marketing strategy, to develop plans that optimize advertising across the product portfolio.
- Define local creative agencies scope, staffing plan, and production budgets needed to support offline and online advertising plans. Manage the production process of advertising creative, through both internal and external agencies.
- Manage a team of high performers that will help you deliver on aggressive goals.
Experience & Skills :
- 8 to 10+ years- experience in Brand Management and Marketing.
- Extensive experience in brand development, managing pan-India ad projects with multiple stakeholders and show proven expertise in creative development, measurement and execution.
- Demonstrated analytical skills in quantitative and qualitative consumer research methodology and outputs, able to actively participate to analyze brand perception and sales results from ad campaigns.
- Identifying new brand development opportunities, possible environmental or competitive threats as well as building ideas that encompass every brand touch point with customers.
- Strong creative intuition, effective problem-solver and strategic thinker.
- Significant experience leveraging other online marketing channels to drive B2C customer acquisition, and/or revenue generation preferred.
- Successful experience managing a lean team and advertising agencies to plan, optimize and measure campaigns.
Preferred Qualifications :
- A Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising or related field is preferred.
