As a senior Manager/Head - Performance marketing this person will be responsible for driving performance marketing for www.PrettySecrets.com . This person will be responsible for both New acquisitions and retention rates, working on optimising the customer Acquisition rates on a daily basis.
- This person will be managing a team of 5-6 digital marketing specialists across different channels: SEO/SEM, email/database marketing, Social media, display advertising and other programmatic content marketing channels such as Taboola, Outbrain etc.
- He/She will work with different teams at PrettySecrets - creative, brand marketing, inventory planning, Technology.
- The person should be able to think strategically, yet be fully hands-on in execution.
Key requirements :
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, affiliates and display advertising campaigns
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners if needed.
- Team player - ability to leverage other teams for day-to-day execution of campaigns.
- Manage a group of 5-6 marketing specialists.
Skills and Educational requirements :
- Bachelor/Master's degree from a reputed institute
- 7-10 years proven working experience in digital marketing
- Demonstrable experience and knowledge of leading and managing SEO/SEM, databases, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Experience in optimising landing pages and user funnels
- Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Deep hands-on understanding of tools like Google Adwords, facebook business manager etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints
