ROLE DESCRIPTION:
The Digital Marketing Manager (Paid Social) will formulate & execute PrettySecrets user acquisition strategy across all paid social channels. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing a large marketing budget to meet ROI goals.
HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO / KRA:
- Lead our direct response social media strategy across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, and other emerging social platforms.
- Define, pilot, and rapidly iterate paid social media user acquisition and retention marketing campaigns combining deep data analysis with creative brand marketing.
- Partner with internal leaders (digital marketing, design, merchandising, tech, product management, and senior executives) to deliver on cross-functional user acquisition campaigns with tight timelines, high visibility, and material impact.
- Cultivate a rigorous test-and-learn methodology.
- Establish and maintain expert knowledge of the latest innovations and opportunities impacting paid social media and the overall digital marketing landscape.
- Closely monitor and analyze campaign reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to drive increased user acquisition, with an ultimate eye on LTV and CAC.
- The ideal candidate has a strong background in paid social direct response marketing, strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, and a strong attention to detail.
DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising
- 3-5 Years of digital marketing experience executing and optimizing direct response campaigns across social media channels, or relevant experience in a highly analytical role.
- Proven ability to leverage analytics and work with complex datasets to understand performance, optimize campaigns, drive decisions, and measure high-impact user acquisition outcomes.
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with differing sources of data.
- Desire to thrive in an analytic and technology based environment.
- Ability to provide critical input on overall digital marketing strategy, execution and overall effectiveness.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with Facebook's advertising platform and Nanigans.
- Working knowledge of social listening and conversation management
- Strong knowledge of the customer acquisition industry
- Proficiency in Excel and the ability to grasp internal information systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and high ability to interact with all levels of end users and technical resources.
