PrettySecrets - Digital Marketing Manager - Affiliates

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Marketing Manager (Affiliates) will formulate & execute PrettySecrets user acquisition strategy across all affiliate-marketing networks. You'll be responsible for managing and optimizing a large marketing budget to meet ROI goals.

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET TO DO / KRA:

- Generate transactions and accrued commission revenues through affiliate marketing networks.

- Build reputation & trust across the eco-system.

- Partner with internal leaders (digital marketing, design, merchandising, tech, product management, and senior executives) to deliver on cross-functional user acquisition campaigns with tight timelines, high visibility, and material impact.

- Establish and maintain expert knowledge of the latest innovations and opportunities impacting affiliate media and the overall digital marketing landscape.

- Closely monitor and analyze campaign reporting, identifying trends and opportunities to drive increased user acquisition, with an ultimate eye on LTV and CAC.

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising

- 3 to 6 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing Management in eCommerce

- Prior proved experience in handling Affiliate Marketing activity on CPS/ CPT (Cost Per Sale/ Cost Per Transaction) is necessary.

- Well versed with the various kinds of affiliate network campaign and its impact aimed at maximizing transactions/ sales.

- Is adept at building an eco-system of affiliate channels to drive sales and transactions.

- Optimizing the eco-systems performance through correct and timely inflow of commission revenue from vendors and correct and timely payout to the agencies

- Should be well versed in transactions and tracking mechanisms.

- Be on top of the technology advances and utilize the same for best results

Salary Range: 7 - 10 LPA
