- Candidate should be currently managing a national sales responsibility with leading FMCG/Consumer Durable organisation and have got good understanding of national distribution network, management of sales team, has worked in South India and proficient in Tamil language [speaking ability is must].
- Ideal candidate should have managed business turnover more than Rs.600 crores.
- Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans, targets and budgets.
- Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's distribution base. Build the appropriate Route To Market for the GT channel and appoint distributors and other channel partners.
- Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales targets for regions and territories; project expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
- Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
- Should have managed large P&L responsibility
- Well versed with both ATL and BTL marketing and sales across channels nationally.
