Client of Panache Recruit is looking out for President - Retail Operations (Apparels) retail for Bangalore.

Client is one of the largest and most successful retail organizations in the Middle East and India.

Qualification - MBA/PGDM

Experience - 15-20 yrs

KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

- To deliver an outstanding customer experience and setting a high standard to product presentation, visual merchandising, in-store communication, and customer service.

Operations

- Creating SOP’s benchmarked to best of class retail standards to enable the brand to achieve its desired positioning in the market and increase sales productivity.

- Create Concept-Wise annual and quarterly budgets along with Territory Heads.

Store layout

- Responsible for layout planning and space utilization in line with international trends.

- Provide guidance to Architects during the store design phase to achieve desired retail standards.

- Create an international look and feel through innovative Visual Merchandising techniques.

Manpower Development and People Management

- Assist and train Retail Concept Managers and energize them to create an outstanding customer experience.

- Be involved in the selection and recruitment of Senior operation staff

- Monitor “Performance Management” of staff by Retail Concept Managers
