KRA:

1. Provide strategic leadership and direction to the operations and maintenance teams.

2. Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance plant performance and efficiency.

3. Foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and sustainability.

4. Identify, evaluate, and integrate new technologies to improve treatment processes and plant efficiency.

5. Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to implement innovative solutions.

6. Stay abreast of industry trends, advancements, and regulatory changes.

7. Oversee daily operations to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and compliance.

8. Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all facilities.

9. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive operational improvements.

10. Develop and execute strategies for cost reduction and resource optimization.

11. Manage budgets effectively to ensure financial targets are met.

12. Identify opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or compliance.

13. Raise invoices as per contractual terms and ensure prompt payment within terms.

14. Drive initiatives to enhance the profitability of operations and maintenance activities.

15. Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.

16. Collaborate with the finance team to develop and monitor financial plans.

17. Ensure all operations comply with environmental, health, and safety regulations.

19. Maintain strong relationships with regulatory bodies and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.

- Experience: Minimum of 15-20 years of experience in operations and maintenance within the water segment or related industry, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role.
