President- Operations - eCommerce 10-15 years experience !

Job Description:

- You'll be responsible for building and leading a team charged with constantly expanding, improving, and overcoming operational bottlenecks ( this includes global processes)

- Implement latest strategy and process for achieving uninterrupted supply processes, driving

- As a member of the Management Team, contribute to the development and execution of planning exercises.

- To develop and control all Inbound and outbound operational processes; globally

Profile :

- 10- 15 years of experience in end to end operations, process excellence with prior experience in the eCommerce industry with strong focus on handling operations and driving process improvements. The also role requires someone who has good data handling and comes from a Tier 1 b-school.

- The person should display the ability to take decisions independently and be able to manage a large team.
