President - New Business

For one of the top exciting Brands of the country, which is keen to grow its retail business.. is looking for President - New Business.. based at Bangalore.. reporting to Chairman

Key ownership areas :

Build New Businesses :

- To identify new areas of Growth and build a plan for investment

- To incubate selected ideas and build them as sustainable P&L's including eCommerce / online store.

Grow Existing Businesses :

- Will operationally own and drive growth & profitability of 2 SBU's with a Top Line of about 200 crs

- The role will ensure that the Team, Products & Brands and execution engine is in place and deliver on agreed targets / business plans

Lead Business Strategy :

- Develop a road map and own the Strategy building process

- Deploy strategy and follow through on execution

Qualifications :

- Masters in Business Administration with Marketing major

- Leadership & Influencing experience as Head of Function / vertical in a large matrix organization

- Global exposure in a large multi locational FMCG company desirable

- Demonstrated maturity & energy to deal with different levels in the organization and make an impact on a sustained basis

Person :

- MBA Marketing with 12-15 yrs of exp

- High energy

- Articulate and confident

- Execution mindset

- Passion for building an Indian brand
