Job Description :

Role & Responsibilities :

- Develop detailed financial models focused on SME-IPO decision-making, including valuations, capital raising strategies, and potential acquisitions.

- Conduct precise valuations using advanced methodologies such as DCF to guide SMEs on their IPO journey.

- Lead financial due diligence processes to identify SMEs best suited for public offerings.

- Execute financial and business analysis for various strategic projects to facilitate our clients' growth, both organically and through mergers and acquisitions.

- Spearhead long-term financial planning with a specific focus on SME-IPO readiness.

- Collaborate with the CFO's team to align financial strategies with operational plans.

Education & Work Experience :

- MBA from a Tier 1 institution or a Chartered Accountant credential.

- 4 to 8 years of work experience in finance, with a specialization in SME-IPOs, financial planning, equity research, or investment banking.

Skills Required :

- Mastery in financial modeling tailored for IPO offerings.

- Extensive experience with valuation methodologies such as DCF.

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, lookups, and complex functions.

Soft Skills :

- Exceptional analytical and logical abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.

- Self-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

- Excellent research skills.

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
