Position: It is based out of Corporate office in Mumbai. Reporting to Executive Director with dotted line reporting to CHRO. Company is looking for a HR Generalist with OD bias.
Strong systems & processes knowledge is a must. A go getter who is a good in management of change. Tactful.
One who can correct/put in place the robust HR systems & processes and prepare a HR Road map for short and long term goals.
A people person who can charge the work environment with positivity, fairness and build trust at all levels.
Engage employees and inculcate sense of belonging and carry out subtle changes towards meeting mile stones in HR road map.
