About Our Client
Our client is an Indian research based pharmaceutical company involved in research, manufacturing, and marketing of pharmaceutical formulations, vaccines, and natural products. It is one of the largest biotech companies in India and is known for their extensive research in biologicals.
With their proven success in biologicals, our client is looking at entering the Generics Business and is looking at a suitable person to spearhead this division.
Job Description
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for:
- Identifying market trends and accordingly develop a strategy for the company
- Lead the Generic Business development for the company in US and EU markets
- Manage internal stakeholders such as IP, QA, RA, R&D etc
- Manage CRAMs and other external stakeholders for successfully meeting the time-lines
- Meet the deadlines and work on strict time lines
The Successful Applicant
You will be a Masters in Business Administration or Pharmacy with over 15-25 years work experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry handling Generics Business. You will have atleast 5 years into Leadership role within Pharmaceutical Industry and an excellent exposure to handling various divisions within the company. Exposure to Greenfield generics business and/or turn around in Generics business would be preferred.
