President - Finance & Accounts - Manufacturing Firm

- Develop financial models to analyze various business opportunities

- Bring industry best practices in F & A policies and processes and implement

- Best practice is for Internal Audit to report to ED to eliminate conflict of interest.

- Digitalize Accounts processes to drive better controls, better audit trail, better analytics, better costs, greater consistency, better response, (next two years)

- Establish and develop relations with internal senior management and external partners

- Support strategy development and enable its execution. He / she also plays a role in prioritizing and ensuring the strategy can be funded.

- Build relationship with bankers/ financial institutions for augmenting working capital facilities and other fund requirements of the company

- Manage all transaction processes and delivery of products & services.

- Provide leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting team.

- Ensure compliance to statutory and regulatory requirements

- About 20 - 25 years' experience

- Has worked in a Family-owned Indian firm and has worked directly with Family members , Possess influencing skills, credibility and visibility

- Demonstrated track record of both strategic thinking and high quality of execution

- Possess good executive presence, gravitas, self-confidence, poise and cheerful disposition

- Has the ability to communicate in private and in public, with demonstrable leadership skills

- Has a track record of taking tough calls while possessing good inter-personal skills

- Is digitally literate

- Possesses good health and is physically fit

- Willing to locate with family to Hyderabad from the start as transformation journey experience and understand business metrics
