We have the following requirement in the Infrastructure sector in Delhi

President Infrastucture

Scope of role

- Develop a strategic plan to advance the projects and promote growth in revenue and profitability

- Assist the Board on various assignments

- Recommend the annual budget for Board approval and manage organization's resources within the budget

- Provide guidance on raising finances

- Get the projects operational procedures, policies, and standards designed

- Review the progress of projects and align with the business objectives

- Ensure performance targets are clearly laid down and adhere to the same

- Ensure adherence to all statutory/regulatory requirements applicable to the businesses

- such as RBI guidelines, Companies Act regulations,Income Tax Act regulations

Functional Competencies -

- Excellent project management skills

- Sound knowledge of hydro power projects

- Good understanding of Compliance with norms/regulations

Behavioral Competencies

- Assertive leader, organized planner, good team player

- Inter directed, self starting and intense energy

- Strong analytical and Problem solving skills

- Ability to spot new leaders and groom them

- Ability to build strong relationships with various Stakeholders

- Travel Required Travel to Hydro Project Site 10-15 days in a month

- Ideal candidate should be BE/B Tech (Civil); M Tech/MBA will be an added advantage from Infrastructure industry preferably heavy engineering and Power sector

- Age between 40-50 years, with minimum experience of 10 years in hydro power sector.
