President - Early Stage Business (10+ years) :

Expect this role to be a hybrid between operating, improving process and product and management.

We are looking for people who lead by example, are ready to get their hands dirty.

Your team's responsibilities :

Investor Relations :

- Build and maintain investor relationship

- Acquisition of new leads/syndicates and funds

- Increase investor base of funds and angels

- Increase Investor Engagement

Startup Relations :

- Manage and Increase startup flow and deal flow to the platform

- Improving curation mechanism

- Founder relationship management

- Fund and lead deal flow management

Transaction and Syndication :

- Building Sector and deal expertise

- Deal Syndication

- Build strong Investor engagement

Deal Closure :

- Work with third parties to manage legal and financial paperwork on transaction closures

- Negotiation with stakeholders for deal completion

- Transaction related Compliance

- AIF investor on boarding to the fund, compliance, legal and closure activities

Post Closure :

- Reporting on business metrics on a quarterly basis

- Support on negotiations in next round and any other support

- Fund related updates

Your responsibilities :

- Manage a team of 15+ people in executing their responsibilities

- Set business targets and create check and balances to achieve the same

- Revenue creation and collection activities, and management of costs

- Creation of new revenue streams under early stage

- Drive the fundraising process, identify & fix roadblocks

- Ensure coordination between teams for deal flow / transaction closure

- Build efficiency and Set up strategy for faster deal closures

- Develop and execute initiatives to grow the amount of capital invested

- Provide necessary product requirements for features for the different stakeholders and Increasing efficiency of team

- Manage customer escalations

- Manage Investor and Founder relationships

- Explore and analyse market trends and identify new opportunities

- Hiring and employee performance management

- Contribute to key strategic and tactical thinking and working, for the company.

- Create harmonious working environment, train and mentor staff and motivate all team members to perform efficiently.

Who we are looking for :

- Seasoned entrepreneur / P&L owner with 10 years+ of experience in fast- paced startups

- Strong people management and leadership skills, with a track record of directly managing professionals

- Spotless ethics & disciplinary record

- Professional with a passion to build and scale the business

- Passion to build and scale the business

Capabilities :

- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types

- Having an understanding of startup as an asset class

- Understanding of startup related legal terminologies

- Ownership: Takes accountability of the targets and can setup a process of achieving them

- Process-based mindset to improve and incubate systems that are people independent

- Ability to handle high stress environment

- Excellent negotiation skills

- Good customer relationship management
