President - CNC Machine & Tools Business

- In this leadership position the candidate will be responsible for full gamut of operations of a 900 Cr entity involved in manufacturing, marketing and sales of CNC machine and tools

- Shall take the responsibility of making it grow double fold in a span of 3-4 years

- Shall be responsible for managing a work force of around 1500 people.

- Shall be responsible for P&L and its qualitative and quantitative growth.

- Stake holder management

Ideal Candidate:

- BE /ME with around 20 years' experience with an MBA from a reputed tier 1 institution

- Should have major experience in capital equipment company/CNC machine tools/Tier 1 Auto ancillary company in tier 1 category

- Should have experience handling a turnover of 1000 to 1500 Cr with P&L responsibility

- Should have had experience in NPD, Production & Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Maintenance & Production Engineering.

- Experience in WCM will be an added advantage.

- Should have very good experience in sales & Marketing - managing a large team on a Pan-India basis. Export sales experience would be an added experience

- An Engineering Graduate from the Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electrical domain will be an added advantage.

- Should be in the age bracket of 45-50 years. Extraordinary candidates with one or two years exceeding the age bracket can also be considered.

- The candidate should be willing to work out of Coimbatore location

- Knowledge of Tamil, Telegu will be an added advantage, but not necessary for the deserving candidate.
