Job Responsibilities-

- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.

- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels to expand business growth.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to enhance business opportunities.

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals.

- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.

- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and finance teams to drive business objectives.

- Oversee sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance tracking to ensure targets are met.

- Negotiate high-value contracts and business deals with customers and partners.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with investors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders.

- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and ensure profitability.

- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a senior sales or business leadership role.

- Strong understanding of market dynamics, sales techniques, and revenue generation strategies.

- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Ability to build and sustain long-term customer relationships.

- Experience in P&L management and strategic planning.

- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, analytics, and digital sales platforms.
