President/Business Head - Tyre Manufacturing Firm

We at Wizsprint Consultants are mandated to hire Business Head (President) for a leading Tyre Manufacturing Company for Passenger Car, Truck Tires , OTR - Agriculture, Construction & Industrial, Mining and Forestry sectors . We are looking for individuals with strong experience in the Tyre Industry with a focus on Business Growth .

Experience:

- Minimum of 18-25 years of experience in the tire industry or a related manufacturing sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

- Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.

- Strong understanding of global tire market dynamics, supply chain management, and manufacturing processes.

Key Result Areas:

1. Ensure that Business strategies and processes are in place to meet business objectives and operational needs in terms of price, quality and delivery targets and which enables the company to function and compete effectively in the market.

2To manage a Business of 2000 crore plus turnover ;

3 Evaluate the challenges faced by the business and take action to mitigate risks and develop opportunities and contribute to overall business strategy and annual budget processes.

4 Strategy & Vision and Business Development

5 Define and execute business strategies to achieve short-term and long-term company objectives.

6. Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to ensure company maintains market leadership.

7 Develop revenue streams strategies to achieve budgeted numbers or projected earnings through multi dimension strategies and execution plan

8 Operations Management

9 Sales & Marketing

- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive revenue growth.

- Oversee the establishment of distribution networks, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach.

Financial Management:

- Ensure the financial health of the business by setting budgets, monitoring expenditures,and implementing cost-saving measures.

- Collaborate with the finance team to analyse financial data, forecast revenue, and identify investment opportunities.

- Prepare the annual Business budget and forecasts and all Capital and Operational

- Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with legal standards. Manage the budget from identification to completion of projects.

Qualifications: Post Graduate /Graduate in Engineering from a reputed college/university with Management Degree (preferred)
