Designation : President - Business Development - Debt Syndication

Business Vertical : Investment Banking

Key objective :

- Execution and placement of debt finance transactions with banks/NBFCs/financial institutions

Major deliverables :

- Execution and placement of debt mandates .

- Building new and maintaining existing relationships with various banks, mutual funds, NBFCs and other institutional investors

Job Competencies :

- Thorough understanding of financial analysis and modelling

- Collaboration & Coordination skills

- Analytical skills

- Sound problem solving and decision-making skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in MS Office

Educational qualification : C.A / MBA is a must. CFA would be an added advantage

Desired experience : 5 - 10 years experience in Debt Syndication

Other attributes :

- Ability to handhold the transaction from sanction to disbursement

- Minimum 2-3 deals closure experience

- Relationships with banks/ NBFCs /Financial Institutions at DGM/ AGM/ Chief Manager levels
