Title : Pre Sales Specialist ( VDI & VPN)
Location : BangaloreRole and Responsibilities :- Learn & certify in on the Company's products
- Post certification, one should be able to articulate and describe company products during presentations & white-boarding sessions with customer.
- Good knowledge of the competitive product mainly in VDI and VPN (remote access) domain
- Should conduct interactive demonstrations remotely or physically
- Pre-sales Account management and presentation
- Solution Designing, sizing, and deployment of Companies products and related 3rd party products
- Prepare competitive study documents and architecture documents
- Build, improve and maintain high standard of pre-sales and post-sales support
- Create knowledgebase around the product, including KB articles, tutorial videos creation, FAQs, best practices documents
- Manage customer expectations and demonstrate a strong follow-up on customer's inquiries
- Give technical training to partner's sales and pre-sales team
Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :- BE / B.Tech / Graduate with at least 6+ years of proven system administrator/pre-sales experience
- Deep technical knowledge and real-world usage of application and operating system environments
- Strong knowledge of windows/Linux operating systems
- Knowledge on networking concepts, network devices (VPN), security concepts (MFA), network protocols, filesystems & AAA
- Strong knowledge in any one Desktop Virtualization Technologies(Citrix Apps & Desktop / VMware Horizon / WVD/ MS RDP etc.)
- Proactive, self-motivated and should be able to partner closely with the sales Account Manager
- Ability to map customer's requirement to the company product
- Should be able to articulate the advantages and disadvantages of the offerings based on real- world example
- Ability to conduct conversations with prospective clients and convey both technical and business merits of our solutions
- Willing to travel to customer location based on requirement
- Pre-sales experience in a Startup preferably in the VDI, VPN, MFA, MDM, Azure, AWS etc.- Knowledge in solution designing/ Solution architecture
- Customer interactions at management level
- Knowledge of windows server/windows-10/RDS license
