Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, identify pain points, and establish requirements.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to develop tailored proposals, solutions, and tool recommendations, with a deep understanding of client problem statements.
- Address and resolve client inquiries, providing swift and effective solutions.
- Facilitate partnerships with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) by ensuring the team completes necessary training and certifications.
- Maintain data accuracy and discipline for all sales support and partnership-related tasks.
- Provide targeted training sessions to the Sales and Customer Success (CS) teams, enhancing their product and solution knowledge.
- Build in-depth expertise of category-specific tools available in Wyzard's Marketplace.
- Analyze the competitive landscape and advise Category Managers on valuable tools to consider for Wyzard's Marketplace.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
Experience : 4 years in Customer facing role - Solutioning CRM
