We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Solutions Manager to join our team.
- As a Presales Solutions Manager, you will play a crucial role in understanding our clients' infrastructure requirements, collaborating with both our infrastructure and development teams, and proposing and implementing the right solutions to meet our clients' needs.
- This position requires a combination of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.
- Lead presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and presentations to clients.
- Act as a technical liaison between clients, the infrastructure team, and the development team to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs.
- Analyze client infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.
- Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in [Company Name]'s products and services.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in a presales or solutions engineering role, preferably in the IT infrastructure or cloud services industry.
- Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
