Presales Solutions Consultant - Insurance Domain

Desired profile:

- Candidate Should have experience experience in Presales Solutioning and Consulting.

- Candidate Should have experience in Proposal Writing, Bid Management, RFI, RFP and RFQ.

- Consistent company awards/rewards and high ratings (evidence-able).

- Industry - Must have majority of work experience for Insurance clients.

- Must understand business and IT requirements of Insurance carriers.

- Must be aware of regulatory and compliance needs of Insurance carriers.

- Must be aware of 3rd party integration needs of Insurance carriers in US and/or UK.

- Work experience on Insurance core Policy/Claims/Billing platforms is highly desirable.

- Mix of both Delivery and Practice experience is highly desirable.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Approachable, flexible and adaptable to change.

- Good abilities in problem solving, opportunity discovery, and team resolution.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- Participating in RFP/RFI process and developing winning solution from Insurance Domain perspective, liaising with internal stakeholders, and providing Industry expertise and Point of View.

- Will be responsible for providing RFP/RFI response along with solution design for our Insurance clients for Life OR General Insurance-P&C. OR Life & Annuity

- Collaborating as a key member of the Insurance solution team supporting Value Design / Vertical / Sales teams to represent the solution offering to the client and other internal teams.

Participating in Solution Presentations, Client visits and showcasing capabilities, defending proposed solution, and seeking client / stakeholder inputs for improving the solution, Preparing collaterals.

- Creating PoVs, bringing about Thought Leadership from knowledge of Domain and Industry.

- Provide unique and competitive approaches and solutions for existing Insurance clients.

- Experience and ability to respond to formal RFPs and RFIs from US and UK/Europe clients. Education.

Education:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, information systems or equivalent.

- Loma Level1/Level 2 and/or FLMI certified / OR AINS
