Profile- Presales Solution Architect-US Healthcare
Experience: 10+ years of experience in US Healthcare function spanning Pre-sales, Commercials.
Must Have:
- 6-8 years of experience in a healthcare payer presales role. Proven experience in building various commercial models for payer deals viz. , Transaction based/ PMPM and outcome based, Gain-share. Proven experience in working with Pricing and Finance teams to extract various outputs e.g., Multiple pricing scenarios, Business Case computation and visualization. Understanding of skillset avaialblity across global locations and indicative prevailing rates in the market is a big plus.
- Hands-on experience in solution design and development including RFx responses and proactive pitches to healthcare payers. Experience in creating sales collateral and content for websites is desirable.

- A industry recognized certification in US Healthcare Payer segment
Roles & Responsibilities
- Bid planning and management
- RFx responses
- Respond to generic as well solution related questions in RFIs and RFPs
- Build process specific customized solution under the guidance of lead solution architect
- Build Resource Loading Sheets/ Pricing input document and obtain sign offs from Delivery, support teams and leadership
- Coordinate with Pricing and Finance teams to get initial pricing in a timely manner for leadership review
- Slice and dice initial pricing and create a commentary of analysis
- Benchmark initial pricing with pricing for similar pursuits in the recent past and provide insights to pricing teams and leadership
- Modify pricing inputs based on leadership comments and share the same with Pricing/ Finance teams
- Create customized financial output as per client requriements and build an indicative business case and financial value proposition messaging
