Job Description:
- Understand and translate Client requirements into a solution offering, solution plan, proposal development and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings
- Collaborating as a key member of the pre - sales team to represent the solution offering to the client and other internal groups
- Aligning final solution architecture with final assumptions / terms and conditions
- Interfacing with the delivery organization(s) to ensure effective transition, shape services, collaborate on clear solution assumptions, determine appropriate service delivery locations and related cost to deliver
- Identifying leadership contacts for service transition and operations
- Understand and clearly define the input required to create cost estimates; Preparing the cost model estimates while working with business finance team and other support function like Technology, Quality, Security, Admin etc-
- Mentor, Groom and support team members and junior solution architects
Skill Set and Experience:
- In-depth knowledge and expertise in handling RFI, RFP & Opportunities coming out of various geographies.
- Experience in handling RFI, RFP, Opportunities in Digital marketing (Web-design, Email Marketing etc.), Digital Ad operations (Ad Trafficking, Sales support, Campaign Management), Social Media etc-
- Working knowledge of handling RFI, RFP & Opportunities various segments of Print Publishing like Magazine, Newspaper, Directories will be added advantage
- Experience in handling Multi-lingual opportunities will be plus
- Complete understanding and work experience in tools & Systems used in Print, Online and Digital publishing
- Experience in due diligence, solution identification, feasibility assessment, and client visits
- Experience in cost estimation and pricing for right shoring of processes
- Experience in working in BPO setup is a must.
