Job opening for Presales and Solutioning role in any Investment banking domain for one of the reputed ITES/BPO

Whether Investment banking, capital market domain.

Location : Any

Only Females

CTC : As per best in the industry.

Key Responsibilities :

- Run proactive and reactive RFXs and liaise with different Service Lines and Functions for the required support for solution, proposal response and pricing

- Work on key drivers, challenges identification and solution conceptualization for proposal

- Participate and contribute towards win strategy for RFP/RFI during proposal stage and solution design phase

- Interact with the Sales/Accounts at a lead stage, to understand the customer needs and come up with a positioning strategy

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends in the Financial Services domain

- Research competition and updates on global market trends

- Active involvement in the - lead to closure- cycle for the opportunities by leading the following activities:

a. RFx / Bid response

b. Create pro-active proposals for clients in discussion with sales teams

- Coordination with all stakeholders (sales, solutions, operations, pricing, transition, technology, facilities et al) to ensure timely and high quality proposal submission

- Present proposed solutions to end clients

- Manage client visits at Wipro centers during lead to closure cycle

- Lead right sourcing opportunity due diligence exercises at client locations

- Single point of contact (working closely with the Wipro onsite sales and account teams) for senior client stakeholders for all active proposals

Desired Skills & Competencies :

- Over 8-15 years work experience

- Excellent communication & presentation skills is a key pre-requisite

- Extensive experience in pre-sales (bid management, due diligence etc.) in investment banking sector managing global clientele will be a major advantage

- Prior industry experience in banking (retail banking / corporate & commercial banking / investment banking) with a global bank will be an advantage

- Experience of leading teams (direct and cross-functional)
