Roles & responsibilities:

- Sales Process Management - Oversee the bid process and ensure a smooth handover to the delivery team.

- Product Expertise - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of your product category and maintain an understanding of the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Record-Keeping Optimization - Manage client records and optimize the process for efficient information retrieval.
- Product Demonstrations - Develop and deliver impactful product demonstrations and presentations that address specific client needs.
- Client Relationship Building - Foster strong relationships with clients to establish trust and long-term partnerships.
- Sales Process Management - Monitor the competitive landscape and follow market developments to refine strategies and maintain relevance.
- Solution Engineering - Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless solution delivery and smooth project handoffs.
- Product Feedback and Enhancement - Contribute to new product features and improvements based on client feedback and market demand.
- Training and Support - Provide ongoing training and support to clients to maximize product adoption and success.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years as a solution expert in B2B SaaS.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Product and Industry Knowledge: Passion for and understanding of SaaS tools and solutions in the B2B SaaS Product & Tech Domain.
Technical Tools:
- Security: Splunk, Kali Linux, Wireshark, Tenable Nessus, Metasploit Framework
- Data: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL), Apache Hadoop, Apache Spark, Tableau, Power BI
