Presales/Solution Role for BPO in payer, payor, RCM,healthcare, HLS domain
Job opening for presales and solutioning role for one of the reputed BPS.
Location is Delhi, Bangalore and any other.
Min exp: 15-30 yrs
CTC: upto 47 LPA
Job Summary:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gain an understanding of client requirements, support the team in preparing a solution, demonstrate Wipro capabilities and propositions as a differentiator and own the business case
- Project manage multiple bid opportunities cutting across telecommunications, energy, utilities and media industries
- Push self and cross functional team to innovate on outputs produced by proposals team to make proposals more impactful
- Demonstrable energy and enthusiasm, with the ability to paint a vision, put a story around the Enterprise Transformation proposition and articulate where it fits into the customer scenario
- Ability to build long-term relationships both internally with the team and externally with clients and partners
- Track and lead new digital offerings as they will be inducted in the Enterprise Transformation framework.
Role Demands:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Analytical thinker with experience deriving business insights via analytics
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality
- Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
- Experience developing and maintaining management reports in Excel/ PowerPoint/ Word
Experience and skill set required:
- Must have 14+ yrs. work experience related to research, technology or creating proposals/ opportunity identification for improvement
- Manage a team of experienced professionals
- Experience in Operations and/or Quality under the business process services industry
- Experience in consulting a plus
- Microsoft Office expertise; knowledge of MS Excel a plus
