Presales Solution Architect (Salesforce Suite)
Role & Responsibilities:
Salesforce Solution Design & Strategy:- Lead the solution design and technical strategy for Salesforce solutions, with a focus on Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Ability to create and present Proof of Concepts (POCs) that effectively demonstrate the value of proposed Salesforce solutions to clients.
Presales Support:- Collaborate with the sales and account teams to understand client needs and propose Salesforce solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Lead the development of responses to RFIs, RFPs, Proposals and estimates, ensuring technical soundness and alignment with client requirements.
- Develop and refine Salesforce-related artifacts (POCs, solution designs, client-facing presentations, etc.).
Client Engagement:- Act as the key technical liaison during the sales cycle, effectively communicating and articulating Salesforce solutions to clients.
- Experience working with global clients and distributed teams.
- Deliver impactful presentations that clearly demonstrate the benefits and value of Salesforce solutions to diverse client stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate:- Working knowledge and experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and Financial Services Cloud.
- Strong hands-on skills in developing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and technical solution designs.
- Awareness of industry best practices and trends within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively respond to RFIs/RFPs and create persuasive Proposals with estimates.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of engaging with clients and delivering compelling technical presentations.
Tool Proficiency:- Utilize the MS Suite of tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to create professional-grade documentation and presentations.
- Leverage Salesforce tools and platforms to enhance solution design and presales activities.
Collaboration & Communication:- Ability to effectively engage with US-based clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on solution design and delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and technical teams, to support the successful development and presentation of Salesforce solutions.
Certifications:
- Salesforce certifications across relevant clouds is required.
Availability:
- Ability to support US clients, travel (on occasions) and align/or with their time zones as needed.
