Presales Role - Telecom OSS/BSS Solutions

Solution Design & Architecture:

- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to design and demonstrate tailored Telecom OSS/BSS solutions that meet customer needs. This includes performing system architecture design and mapping customer requirements to the right product features.

Customer Engagement:

- Serve as the technical expert during the presales phase. Work with prospective customers to understand their business needs, identify pain points, and articulate the value of OSS/BSS solutions in addressing those challenges.

Product Demos & Presentations:

- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients. Showcase how our telecom OSS/BSS solutions solve their business problems, optimize processes, and drive efficiency.

Proposal & RFP/RFI Response:

- Lead the creation of responses to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information), including preparing technical documentation, solution proposals, and cost estimations.

Competitive Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of competitor products and solutions to position our offerings effectively in the marketplace.

Relationship Building:

- Build strong, long-term relationships with customers by providing expert advice, addressing concerns, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused solutions.

Collaborate with Sales & Delivery Teams:

- Work closely with the sales team to align on sales strategies and ensure smooth transitions from presales to post-sales activities. Collaborate with the delivery team to ensure successful deployment and customer satisfaction.

Market Research & Knowledge Sharing:

- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and developments in the telecom OSS/BSS domain. Share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to ongoing training and enablement.
