SCM Presales Job Requirement Minimum experience : - Graduate in Engineering with minimum 14+ years of relevant work experience. Previous experience in &gt; Procurement operations (procure to pay, source to pay), transformation and solutions/pre-sales desirable. - Strong knowledge in end to end procurement function in a Manufacturing environment is preferred. Preferred Skills : - Strong customer facing skills, demonstrated ability to communicate technical information to business personnel - Strong manufacturing procurement functional experience in managing vendor contracts, sourcing operations - Strong knowledge of leading ERP's used in Procurement processes. - Strong knowledge of leading automation levers in RPA's and Cognitive and digital tools for dashboards in procure to pay, source to pay will be an added advantage. - Strong presentation skills - Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities with the ability to dive into details without losing the "big picture" - Should possess knowledge of location , predictive and geo analytics and any experience in the past in a similar role is an added advantage - A team player with strong interpersonal skills, including organizational agility Job Description : - Create proposals , cost estimation and help to negotiate the contract. - Build and manage the team required for the pre sales function across the regions as per the business plan. - Assess the customer needs and arrive at the best solution by engaging the technology and delivery team is the key aspect of the profile. - Should coordinate between technology , delivery and data sourcing team constantly and help in the product and solution development. - Responsible for analyzing, consulting and positioning solution opportunities (new and up/cross-sale) including system design, gap analysis and integration analysis - Use industry experience to evaluate customer requirements and explain applicable business cases to prospects and align to potential ROI - Assist sales in developing responses and proposals to prospective and existing customers, including RFI/RFP, SOW, technical queries and demonstrations
