Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced and highly driven professional to join our team as GTM - SAP - Pre-sales.
- This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in SAP and proven expertise in presales, sales, technical, or functional roles.
- As part of a global ecosystem, the candidate will collaborate across regions to develop and execute strategies that drive business growth and SAP partnerships.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience: 12+ years of overall work experience, including significant experience in SAP (Presales/Sales, technical, or functional).
- Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
- Location Expertise: Based in APJ (India) with the ability to operate regionally as part of a global team.
SAP Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of the global SAP business, regional market units, and partnership management.
- Familiarity with SAP product portfolios and SAP industry business units.
- Soft Skills:
- High energy and self-starter with a customer-focused mindset.
- Exceptional ability to collaborate across practices and industry units to drive synergies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Business Development:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Execute business development plans with a focus on long-term positioning and sales strategies across key business verticals.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with client partner communities and practice teams.
- Align with leadership teams to drive joint business opportunities and SAP GTM initiatives.
Marketing and Strategy:
- Define, develop, and execute joint SAP marketing and GTM programs tailored to regional needs.
- Demonstrate thought leadership in driving regional GTM strategies and initiatives.
Revenue Growth:
- Increase joint Focused Partner Revenue (FPR) for SAP.
- Facilitate license resell through Value-Added Reseller (VAR) agreements.
Leadership and Influence:
- Act as a strategic lead for the Business Development team.
- Coach and influence colleagues and partners on SAP EU offerings and value propositions.
Pipeline Management:
- Develop and manage a robust pipeline of business opportunities in alignment with internal sales teams and SAP partnerships.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with SAP partner management to meet sales targets.
Market Penetration:
- Strategize and execute product propositions for assigned markets and verticals.
- Set and drive a business development plan for APJ, aligning with global strategic directions.
