Our Client, a Leading IT system integration company is looking out for a strong professional for managing Pre- Sales for Network projects.
Job Purpose:
Presales - Network is responsible for the Network business planning and execution within Intertec. Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
Reporting To: Director - Infrastructure & Cloud
Responsibilities:
- Presales Engineer will assist for defining the product strategy and roadmap
- Effectively represent the interests of the Company to customers and creation of new business avenues within Networking Business.
- Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing & conduct competitive analysis periodically.
- Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers' business requirements
- Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed to ensure a deal's "technical close."
- Regularly update teams on new product knowledge.
- Participate in various corporate activities like seminars/conferences as a part of the company, etc,
- Secures inputs from necessary solution stakeholders within the customer and adapts to solution as necessary to ensure appropriate support.
- Monitors customer support for technical solutions proposed throughout the sales process and alerts the sales and account teams to potential risks of deal closure
- Develop & achieve BU's short- and long-term sales targets.
Educational Qualifications :
Engineering or Equivalent, Minimum 8 - 12 years' experience in large system Integration company
Certifications Required:
- CCDA, CCNA, DDCE, ACDP etc or equivalent; Arista can be an added advantage.
- Tools Cisco & Aruba Tools knowledge is mandatory.
- Excellent Communication and Presentation skills are mandatory.
